West Gippsland Support Services provides transport and support workers to help clients attend GP, specialist, therapy and hospital appointments across Warragul and Gippsland.
Who we support
- NDIS participants with approved funding
- Older people with Home Care Packages or other approved funding
- People needing help to get to and from appointments safely
How we help
- Door-to-door transport to medical appointments
- Support workers who stay with you during your appointment if needed
- Help with check-in, forms and communication with reception
- Support before and after appointments, including pharmacy pick-ups
